INTERESTED IN CARRYING OUR JEWELRY LINE:

If you would like to carry Simply Sparkle Designs jewelry in your store/gallery, we offer both wholesale and consignment terms.

Simply email me {simplysparkledesigns [at] gmail.com} with the following info:

Shop/Gallery name, address, and website
Contact name, phone number with area code, and email address
Brief description of your shop/gallery (what do you sell, where do you advertise, etc)

All of our jewelry pieces will contain a jewelry hang tag and will be packaged with a jewelry card containing care instructions and enclosed in a resealable bag.

WHOLESALE (ideal!):

Wholesale is offered to established businesses throughout the Hawaiian Islands as well as the U.S. Mainland.

Ordering and Payment: Initial order minimum is $100. Orders must be PREPAID before delivery. I accept all major credit cards through PayPal. Business checks are welcome if your business resides on the island of Oahu ONLY. To order our jewelry, please view all of my designs on Issuu (see lookbooks below) and contact us with a list of items you wish to purchase. If you need more photos or a more detailed description of the item (such as measurements), please contact me {simplysparkledesigns [at] gmail.com} and I will get back to you as soon as possible. Because each item is a one-of-a-kind piece, please do NOT order more than one of anything unless it clearly states that there’s more quantities available. Once you submit your wholesale request, we will then prepare an order confirmation, calculate shipping costs, and invoice you via email. Additional forms may be required to be filled out for record keeping/tax purposes. Sorry, we do not offer net terms at this time.

Shipping: Shipping costs are not included in wholesale pricing and will be determined once we receive your order list. Orders will be shipped by United States Postal Service (USPS) with a tracking number and insurance. Most orders will ship within one week of date payment is received (sometimes even sooner). For local business residing on the island of Oahu, I will deliver the items FREE of charge once payment is received.

Stock Balancing (ONLY offered to businesses on Oahu): Keeping your jewelry stock fresh is important for sales. We will happily exchange and update your stock at a rate of 2 to 1. This means ($25) returned must be accompanied by a new order for ($50) or more.

Returns/Exchanges: ALL SALES IS FINAL. It is the buyer’s responsibility to know what will sell in his or her store and you assume this responsibility when you place your order with Simply Sparkle Designs. No “Buy Backs” or returns. We try to describe all items as accurately as possible – we would never intentionally mislead you about a piece. Please pay careful attention to the description, size specifics and picture of an item. Email us {simplysparkledesigns [at] gmail.com} with any questions BEFORE you buy. Do not use the comments form below otherwise your information will be available to all public users.

Damages: All wholesale orders (Not on Oahu) will be shipped with proper insurance, and we are not responsible for damages caused by the shipping carrier. If you have a shipping damage claim, please contact the shipping carrier and Simply Sparkle Designs immediately. Shipping damages are not our responsibility and are therefore not entitled for refund or exchange.

CONSIGNMENT:

Consignment is only offered to established businesses located physically on the island of Oahu. A consignment contract will need to be signed to cover all basis of terms and conditions. As a general rule of thumb, I will go as low as 50/50 split.
